Please note that there may be a callout fee of R 664.00 due depending on the nature of your issue. If this is the case you will be directed to the Payfast website where you will need to process the payment to complete your ticket submission.

Should you cancel the transaction your ticket will not be created and we will not be able to action anything listed in this form. The callout fee is a mandatory fee that is charged for issues that you are liable for. This fee excludes any parts, labour or materials that may be needed to repair the issue(s) listed.
